During the COVID-19 crisis we continue to shipping as normal. We will update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

Please be advised that there may be customs and VAT charges in your country that the customer will be responsible for. For orders to the USA, there is normally no tax due for orders under $800. Customers in the EU may now have to pay additional VAT on imports to customs in their country.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order.


Only The Blind reserves the right to amend or place on hold orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice and to delay dispatch of items until the customer has confirmed correct postal address or confirmed it is a legitimate order by providing identification. The customer takes full responsibility for consequences of providing incorrect information - Only The Blind is not responsible for issuing refunds or sending replacements.

To request an exchange or return, please click the link below within 14 days of receiving your items.

Please be aware we do NOT offer free returns - we are not responsible for the return shipping costs of items.

Returns must meet the guidelines below to receive a refund.Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. All goods are inspected on return.

Please be careful when trying products on, for example, ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as this may leave marks on the product and we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

Please fold items neatly in the correct bags before returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure its packed up properly and can’t get damaged in any way. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.
All items must be received and inspected by us before a refund or replacement is issued
If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

We can not accept returns for items purchased outside our website, if you require a refund from one of our stockist you will need to return it to the store you purchased it from.

If you were sent a faulty or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement/the correct item to you once we receive the faulty/incorrect item back and refund your return postage up to a maximum of £30.00. For customers in the UK, you may be offered a Swap-It service in this case.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different item, then please check on our website for current stock levels to avoid disappointment.

If the exchange request is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then we can either issue a refund or store credit.
