The Brand
Our team is based in our Studio in London, England where we design all our pieces. Our warehouse is in the UK just outside London, where all orders are shipped worldwide from.
The full brand name is Only the Blind Can See. It reflects our founding belief: staying focused on the vision, regardless of noise. It’s a reminder to create with conviction. When there is no clear path or end result in sight, you persevere.

Our in-house design studio in London leads all creative and product development. Only the Blind designs all of our products ourselves from scratch and the pieces are all made cut and sew, meaning they are custom shapes and fits for our brand.
Our pieces are manufactured in both the UK and overseas primarily in Portugal, Turkey and China using the most reputable factories with cutting edge technologies and the highest quality of materials, with each factory and region specialising in specific pieces.
Premium, unique fabrics selected for feel and longevity, including GOTS-certified organic cottons for our sweatshirts and hoodies and custom trims.
We always focus on quality instead of quantity with our products and make sure this is a core brand concept that is always adhered to. our collections are all released in limited quantities to avoid mass production, allowing us to be a sustainable brand and with designs that can be worn many years over due to their quality and timeless design. We also try to keep all our collections to mainly use natural fibres and materials and we are currently changing all of our packahing over to be eco, recyclable materials and to move away from plastics.
Our london warehouse is also one of the only carbon-neutral warehouses in the uk, helping us meet our sustainability goal.
Orders & Payments
Only the Blind accepts all major payment options and these are processed by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world. you can pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay as well as country specific payment methods such as iDeal for the Netherlands.
There is a limit of one code per order unless stated otherwise. Discount codes do not apply on sale items. Blake's Members may apply their loyalty discount voucher alongside a discount code.
Please note that discount codes are not applicable to sale items or certain exclusive collections. Please note also that promo codes are issued with a time limit, so if yours isn't working, it's likely the code has expired or the promotion has ended.

Once you join our newsletter, you will receive your welcome discount code via email. Please check your junk mail folder if you cannot see it, or check you signed up with the correct email address or spelling.
Contact us immediately with your order number and we will try to make the change however please note this is not always possible during busy periods or outside working hours. Once packed or dispatched, changes aren’t possible. Unless our team replies to you, we would not have changed anything on your order.

Product Care
Turn inside-out, use a mild detergent on a cool wash, avoid tumble drying, and dry flat where possible. Iron on reverse inside-out. Specific care instructions can be found on the care label inside each product.
Lay flat to dry. Pilling can occur naturally; remove gently with a knit comb. Store folded, not hung.
Wash inside-out on a cool cycle and avoid high heat when ironing; never iron directly over prints or badges. Always iron on the reverse side.

Stocks & Restocks
We typically do not restock any items so once they're sold out, they will no longer be available as all our pieces are created in limited runs making them collectible in nature. There may be a few items that are restocked per year and you can register your interest for a restock on the product page and you will be emailed if this item becomes available again.
We don’t offer reservations. Blake’s Club members may receive early access — see Blake’s Club below.
We don't typically restock items, however on occasion certain sizes of products do become available again. Yes the Register Interest button on product pages and select your size to be notified automatically if it comes back in stock.
Retailers & Authenticity
You can shop at our stockists worldwide. You can see these here. Please note they typically won't have the full collection of each season available in-store. We also open pop-up shops from time to time.
Purchase from onlytheblind.com or at one of our Official Stockists listed on our site. We can’t verify items bought elsewhere. If in doubt, don't hesitate to reach out and we can assist to verify if an item is authentic.
Unfortunately we have come across multiple instances of unauthentic Only the Blind products or other brands using our designs. If you’re unsure, email support@onlytheblind.com with a link or photos and we’ll confirm.
