Orders over £100 in the UK are shipped for free.
For the rest of the world, all orders over £250 will receive free international shipping.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM UK / 8:00 AM EST will be dispatched same day (Monday-Friday)
Orders placed after 1:00PM on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday or Business Day following a public holiday in the UK.
There are exceptional circumstances when this may be delayed such as due to busy periods during Black Friday, Christmas and Sales as well as if there are any queries regarding your order such as incomplete address, security checks etc.
We ship all orders from our fulfilment center in the United Kingdom
Please note all European Orders will be shipped as DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning we will be billed all duties and taxes and you will not have to pay any extra import taxes to receive your order.

All orders placed before 1pm GMT / 9am ET will be processed the same day Monday-Friday.
During sale periods or the holidays, please allow up to an additional 2-3 business days due to higher then normal order volumes.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THESE TIMES ARE FOR THE SHIPMENT BY THE CARRIER. THESE DO NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT CUSTOMS DELAYS IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES WHICH MAY SLOW THESE TIMES DOWN. THIS IS UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS OR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS BAD WEATHER ETC.
PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA COUPLE OF DAYS FOR SHIPPING DURING BUSY PERIODS SUCH AS SALES OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
We may in some circumstances use alternate carriers when it makes sense to do so, such as due to delays or suspensions of services with some carriers, or us upgrading your service in the case of larger orders.
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following:
Check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact our Customer Services team with your order number to hand. We will endeavour to find your parcel straight away.
TRACKING INFORMATION IS AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO ALL CUSTOMERS OR MESSAGED VIA SMS IF THE PHONE NUMBER IS ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.
Please be aware that during the COVID-19 golbal pandemic, some orders may take a bit longer to be delivered than usual due to in most cases customs delays. Please be patient and allow a few more days for the item to reach you. The same applies during peak sales times such as Christmas. If the parcel is still not with you, do not hesitate to contact us and we will check up on it for you.
Don't worry, this usually means it's already in your country waiting to clear customs. The tracking won't update as showing in your country until the item has cleared customs and been passed back to the carrier. It may be slightly delayed here due during busy shopping periods such as Black Friday and Christmas slowing customs down in some countries or any Public holidays.

Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
PLEASE NOTE ALL EUROPEAN ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AS DDP (DUTIES PRE-PAID) MEANING WE WILL BE BILLED ALL DUTIES AND TAXES - YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA IMPORT TAXES TO YOUR COUNTRY.
Please note orders to Canada will be shipped as DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) meaning we will be billed all duties and taxes and you will not have to pay any extra import taxes to receive your order.
FOR ORDERS TO THE USA, THERE IS NO TAX DUE FOR ORDERS UNDER $800. ABOVE THIS, IMPORT TAXES MAY BE DUE - PLEASE CHECK WITH US CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT.
ONLY THE BLIND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR PLACE ON HOLD ORDERS PLACED WITH INCORRECT DELIVERY OPTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE AND TO DELAY DISPATCH OF ITEMS UNTIL THE CUSTOMER HAS CONFIRMED CORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS OR CONFIRMED IT IS A LEGITIMATE ORDER BY PROVIDING IDENTIFICATION. THE CUSTOMER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSEQUENCES OF PROVIDING INCORRECT INFORMATION - ONLY THE BLIND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUING REFUNDS OR SENDING REPLACEMENTS.
