Orders placed before 1pm UK time (08:00 AM EST) are usually dispatched the same day (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday or Tuesday after a Bank Holiday).
During public holidays or busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and major sales, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Tracking
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following:
Check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
Check the tracking link via your dispatch confirmation email to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact our Customer Services team with your order number to hand. We will endeavour to find your parcel straight away.
Tracking information is automatically emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, you can also find this under your account.
During peak sales times and national holidays such as Christmas there may be delays in customs processing your order. If the parcel is still not with you, do not hesitate to contact us and we will check up on it for you.
Don't worry, this usually means it's already in your country waiting to clear customs. The tracking won't update as showing in your country until the item has cleared customs and been passed back to the carrier. It may be slightly delayed here due during busy shopping periods such as Black Friday and Christmas slowing customs down in some countries or any Public holidays.
Other
Only the Blind reserves the right to amend or place on hold orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice and to delay dispatch of items until the customer has confirmed correct postal address or confirmed it is a legitimate order by providing identification. The customer takes full responsibility for consequences of providing incorrect information - Only the Blind is not responsible for issuing refunds or sending replacements.
If your order hasn’t been packed, we’ll try to amend the address or cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
Once packed or dispatched, changes aren’t possible.
Please note we will only be able to do this during working hours of 10am - 5pm London Time and and if we haven't replied confirming a change or cancellation, please assume this has not been done.
(We may occasionally place an order on hold to confirm address details or payment security.)
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team on support@onlytheblind.com as soon as possible.
Please bear in mind that these times are for the shipment by the carrier. These do not consider customs delays in certain countries which may slow these times down. This is unfortunately out of our control, and we cannot be held liable for any delays due to customs or extenuating circumstances such as bad weather etc.
Please allow an extra couple of days for shipping during busy periods such as sales or public holidays.
We may in some circumstances use alternate carriers when it makes sense to do so, such as due to delays or suspensions of services with some carriers, or us upgrading your service in the case of larger orders.
