The lounge as you first see it: vaulted arches, a chandelier, a trio playing at the far end - piano, upright bass, drums, and a porter crossing the floor with two cases still in hand. The whole room is drawn in loose sketch line and printed across the back in grey puff, raised against washed black so the scene surfaces only as the light moves. Blake's Lounge, est 2016 sits at the centre in scrolled script. At the chest, the porter again, beneath the house line: a members' key opens more than doors.
